As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product because of the quality, we will send a replacement. All you need to do is notify us within 3 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call or come into our shop.
Please note that some arrangements on the FTD site may look different than the one you receive. We have a workbook that we are required to follow and therefore the arrangement purchased on-line may appear different when received. Our flowers are extremely fresh, which means that sometimes the buds haven't fully opened as shown on the web site, but please be assured that we always deliver the stem count as required in our workbooks, along with any extra for upgrades.
